Going to be a lot of fun happening in the Scratch Made Life kitchen this Fall! Quite a variety of classes to choose from. Heads up – A lot of interest in the French Pastry and Oktoberfest classes so I wouldn’t delay on signing up.
As always – raw milk will be available for purchase. $7 a gallon for cows milk, $7 for a ½ gallon of goat’s milk, $12 for a ½ gallon of sheep’s milk. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than noon the Tuesday before class if you want any milk. Take home kits will be available for purchase ($5 or $10 depending on the class).
REALLY looking forward to this class schedule. Don’t forget Private Classes are available as well – get together at least 5 of you and we are in business.

Cheesemaking Classes: Take home kits that will make 2 one gallon batches will be available the day of class for $5-10 for all cheesemaking classes. Raw milk from Valley Milk Simply Bottled is available to take home at $7 a gallon. Milk will need to be pre-ordered no later than the Monday Prior to class by sending me a message
